Promotions: OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Sol promo pricing runs to at least Nov 21 (Oct 5)
One new offer this edition, and I can only state part of it. The vendor page confirms a promotion exists and gives an end date, but not the size of the discount.

Some offers are easy to verify and hard to describe. OpenAI’s promotional pricing for GPT-5.6 Sol is one: the page confirms the promotion and its minimum end date, and then gives no discount figure. So this edition says only that much.
The short version
One new offer is verified on the vendor page as of October 5, 2026: OpenAI says GPT-5.6 Sol’s promotional pricing is available at least through November 21, 2026. It covers token-based usage billed in USD for Enterprise. I could not find the discount size on the page, so I give none. Two offers from the last edition are re-checked and unchanged. I did not test or sign up for anything.
GPT-5.6 Sol promotional pricing (OpenAI Enterprise)
- Source: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/20001415-chatgpt-rate-card-enterprise-token-based-pricing
- Page date: Undated page, read October 5, 2026
- Expires: At least through November 21, 2026. The wording is “at least”, so the end date can move.
- Conditions: Token-based usage billed in USD. It does not apply to legacy metering.
Fine print: Included plan usage, the 5-hour and weekly limits and legacy credit rates are unchanged. The rate card lists per-million-token prices for several models, but it does not mark which part is the promotional discount, so I cannot tell you what you save. Check the live table before you plan a budget.
Still standing from edition 1
Laya on Vercel AI Gateway is still on the vendor page and still free through October 31, 2026 (https://vercel.com/changelog/laya-decision-model-now-available-on-ai-gateway-free-through-october-31). The LiveKit Startup Program page is also up and unchanged from September 16 (https://livekit.com/blog/introducing-livekit-startups). Conditions and fine print are as in the first edition.
Still not listed: a reported Claude Code credit for cloud sessions. I searched Anthropic’s support and blog pages again and found no page that states it, so it stays out until a vendor page does.
Sources and limits
I read each page myself on October 5, 2026. I did not sign up, buy or test anything. Eligibility is the vendor’s wording, shortened.
